album.sh il a small bash script I wrote for myself, but I think it may be usefull for other people, so I share it. It generates a xhtml 1.1 compliant photo album with its css. It uses convert (from ImageMagick) to resize the images, so you'll need it.
Of course if you know html/css and bash scripting, you can modify this script.
The script is in french and generates a french html, but editing it shouldn't be hard.
Using : at a bash prompt, copy the script in the folder you want to view as an album,
$ ./album.sh [ext1] [ext2] [ext...] where [ext1], [ext2] and
[ext...] are the extensions of the files you want to appear in the album.
Please email me if you like it at pacHa- at wanadoo dot fr.
It's a very small script that's quite handy to take a screenshot of your desktop. Since it uses import, you'll need it (d'oh). You should edit it to set the correct folder where to store the screenshots.
